Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Cancellations:

*A full refund if you cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, with the acceptation of festival and special event weekends.

*Reservations made for festival or special event weekends are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. As a small, independently owned Bed and Breakfast with limited rooms, we routinely turn away other guests once a booking is confirmed. We ask that you reserve only when you are fully committed to your stay.

*All cancellations are subject to a 50.00 cancellation fee.
